Note to Self

The frosting for German chocolate cake does not

lend itself to easy cupcake frosting.

Coconut and pecans were all wanting to go

too many different directions at once. They aren't the most gorgeous cupcakes I've ever made.

But, mmmmm, they do taste good anyway.
